Jacob came out to help me with my frozen pipes in 9 degree weather! He had to get to a certain crawl space that had a wood pile in front of it and he helped me move it. (Who does that? Rapid Water Heaters & Plumbing does that)! He got the heater hooked up and the lines are beginning to thaw. These guys are amazing I would highly recommend them to everyone! I used Rapid Plumbing because OG&E shut off my gas, for a reason unrelated to my home. Then, after repeated unsuccessful requests to OG&E to turn back on my service, Rapid Plumbers identified the problem and solved my issue when another plumbing company wanted around $4000 to “diagnose the problem.” Rapid Plumbers not only diagnosed the problem, they fixed it, for under $300.
